La Milagrosa Gerontological Complex of the Provincial Association of Pensioners and Retired Persons of A Coruña has been subsidized through the IN421W Procedure of the Next Generation Funds or Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan of the European Union with the amount of 9,213.75€ for the installation and commissioning of a renewable energy generation system using photovoltaic panels.

The installation, consisting of 75 solar panels of the Sunrise brand, model SR-72M540HLPro of 540Wp for a solar field of 40.50KW peak, entailed a total disbursement of 36,855.00€.

Through the electricity savings generated, the investment could be amortized over a period of 8-10 years.
